Our TMT experience ranges from cable, fibre, mobile and satellite connectivity through to sports and news publishing across online digital media and commercial broadcast networks. We have worked with corporates and financial investors in commercial due diligence, portfolio management, strategic market development and M&A projects; and across the lifecycle of companies from start-up, growth to mature private and publicly listed enterprises.
Investment
We manage a single family office, advising on portfolio asset allocation with a focus on TMT securities and alternative investments. Our expertise encompasses leveraged buy-outs, venture and growth capital, secondary private equity and distressed credit. We allocate to direct investments which are either within our immediate scope of expertise or where we have significant influence.
